Caltrans, Arnold v. United Artists Theaters, Lieber v. Macy's, Barden v. Sacramento, ZumBrunnen v. Mission Ranch, etc.
We are experienced in meeting the rigorous criteria and timelines in litigation situations and understand how to prepare expert declarations and reports in accordance with state and federal court rules.
We are well versed in the ADR process, Federal Northern District General Order 56 and participate in numerous mediation sessions to effectively resolve accessibility disputes.
